Crozet

Sounding like Small Black but more wholeheartedly committed to full synth domination. M83 comparisons are also logical. Either way spiffing stuff.

Andrew Bird

New Andrew Bird, taken from upcoming album Break it Yourself. Cause for rejoicing...

I Come to Shanghai

Stupendous electro pop, sounding something like Gruff Rhys vocally and
seemingly including some viscious put downs in the lyrics.

Yellow Ostrich

Rawk or about as close to it as your going to find on electric sound of joy. Brooklyn's Yellow Ostrich doing the squawly honours.

Some Army

All hail a simple triumph of songwriting here from North Carolina's Some Army. Smouldering chamber pop par excellence.

Observer Drift

Observer Drift the project of Collin Ward possesses a sound steeped in the same ultra melodic wistfulness which has served the likes of Wild Nothing and Craft Spells so well. Buy the whole album at his bandcamp page.

Wild Belle

Mysterious skanking and parping from Chicago is the order of today. Natalie Bergman aka Wild Belle must have been hiding her light under a humungous bushel as this is a ready made monster.
